It can take a while to get your thoughts to the right place. You’re not losing 10-15 minutes because those minutes are crucial in getting you prepared to start.

It’s difficult to manage that. But if you find someone using your content, asking them to take it down usually works. If you’re selective about what you put out there, it can be a benefit for others to share your content.
