It’s difficult to manage that. But if you find someone using your content, asking them to take it down usually works. If you’re selective about what you put out there, it can be a benefit for others to share your content.

I’m figuring that out now. It you don’t have many comments to review, you can weed out the spam manually. I haven’t researched plugins to assist in this process.
